Unity's FWF 9/21; Unity KOM sketch September

Hello!! It's Friday and time for another Unity's FWF link up. I'm knee-deep in card kits for my Operation Write Home card party tomorrow - it's their birthday this month! - but I wanted to take a moment to share a card.

I'm still coming down from the crafting high that was Scrapfest 2012 this past weekend. WHEE!  Can I just say how much fun I had?? Oh, the card classes. The classes were the BEST. And shopping, thought Archiver's was insane - and 'insane' is an understatement! :)

Okay, okay, card already. This also fits for the Unity KOM sketch challenge:

Unity's November 2011 KOM; Basic Grey paper; MME trim
I added glossy accents to the hearts and stickles to the whipped cream - I'll seal it completely in glossy accents once I'm sure it's dry, and then give it a good arm rub. Hopefully it will be OWH safe, but if there is any doubt I won't send it! I'll have to make one without the sparkle... I just couldn't resist it this time!

There. And now I am back to card kits and cleaning and trying to slow down the whirlwind that is my 2 year old (who has completely embraced her gymnastics class - which she calls bounce class - and practices her 'moves'. LOL).

Enjoy your day!!

Jen

  3. Your card makes me long for a hot cup of coffee but since I have an 18 month old and a 3 yr old by the time I actually get to take a sip it's usually long cold. :) Love that stamp and the sparkle you added! Have fun with your little gymnast!

I saw I post ...having a 2-year-old is like having a blender without a lid.

  12. Great card! I have to tell myself to chill on the sparkle, every card I make! It's a new way of creating, but such a wonderful cause!
