OWH & Ippity Thank you challenge card, Unity FWF 12/23

Merry Christmas, blog friends! This will be my last post before Christmas, but I'll be back before the new year with a new card or two to share. :) I have had a blast this year, actively blogging and participating in challenges and getting to know so many awesome, crafty people! I hope you are abundantly blessed this Christmas.

I'm multitasking it with a thank you card today. I used Operation Write Home sketch #1 to make this thank you card, which also fits for the OWH thank you challenge, Ippity blog thank you challenge, and Unity's FWF for this week:

I used Ippity's Thanks for all things set and March 2009 KOM for the thanks sentiment, PTI polka dot paper, some SU cardstock, Momento and Tim Holtz distress inks, and some twine from the Twinery. Did you see my new twine shelf?

If you are in Central WI, I have a cabinet maker to recommend! (Next week I'll show you what he did in my laundry space. :)) Our convo about the shelf went like this:

"Jamie, see all this twine? I want a shelf for it, and I'm thinking right here."
"Hmmm, we could do the bare minimum if we..."
"No, no, I'm not likely to lose any of these colors and I'll probably get new ones if they make different ones next year. So let's go with the maximum between the window and door."

Hehehe!

Merry, merry Christmas friends!
Jen

  7. Such a sweet card, I don't own much twine but I think every crafter has a need for more shelves to store something in their stash......I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and look forward to seeing more of your wonderful Unity/Ippity Creations in 2012.

  12. I like the twine in jars. Does that help keep it from tangling?
