I need to work on some holiday cards each month so today I dug out this adorable snowman for the sketch. It's HOT here (okay, it's 80. I'm a northern heat wimp.) so I was trying to think cool breezes. :)

Very cute card. Love the snowman.
ReplyDelete80 is hot? Ha ha! That's the temp in my house when the A/C runs. :)
ReplyDeleteThe paper piecing you did on this is perfect. I love the non-traditional Christmas tones.

ReplyDeleteSuper cute and super fun!! Just what I needed to see to cool off. :)
ReplyDeleteJen. Great way to beat the heat by thinking snowmen. :-). I like that idea to make a couple of winter or Christmas cards each month. I do love the little snowman and how you added the twine. Thanks for sharing your cute card.

ReplyDeleteJen, this card "melts my heart"! It's so soft and pretty. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThis is really cute! I really like the colors of the paper. Very cute image and sentiment. Like the use of twine. Hmmm...80 hot? how about 100?! That's what I'll have today! Think cool!
ReplyDeleteGreat snowman, pink no less, cute. Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving the sweet comments. Hugs
ReplyDeletePink snowmen -- who would have thought? So cute!
ReplyDeleteThat is so darling!! The papers are pretty and the image is adorable. I also love using pink for Christmas cards from time to time as a change from the traditional blue and silver or red and green.
ReplyDeleteWe just got back from the OR coast where the temperature was in the low to mid '60s, with off and on mist, which is my favorite weather. Which I'm really enjoying after 32 years living in the Phoenix desert, where it was once 121 degrees on our June 25th anniversary! (They even grounded all the planes at the airport for a few hours.)
