OWH MWT/Lawn Fawn challenges

Today I am sad. One of my dear friends was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She had surgery a few days ago and the lab reports today are not good. She will be having more surgery shortly. :(  If you know a stamp set off the top of your head that is breast cancer related, will you please comment and tell me?

Anyhow... cards. Today's Lawn Fawn challenge is to use scallops, and the sketch from Monday was great, so I incorporated scallops into both cards.

Thanks for visiting me.  Lawn Fawn makes really awesome stamps, so if you haven't checked them out yet, you should!

  6. Great cards Jen! I am loving that little paper airplane set that I just got. I love how you put the sentiment in a banner and will be CASEing that idea for sure. They do have a fun selection.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend and will say a pray for her. Paper Smooches has a set that is also a fundraiser for breast cancer research here: http://www.papersmoochesstamps.com/category_s/54.htm

  7. I am so sorry about your friend. :( I had similar news a few years ago from my mom - but she's in full remission now! I wish the same for your friend. You're cards are beautiful! I am inspired to create my own scalloped-edged card later tonight. Lovely work!

  10. Jennifer believe it or not but Whipper Snapper actually has some breast cancer stamps. I'm going to their store tomorrow at lunch and will get the name of the set. Anna Wright was the artist. I hope your friend pulls through with flying colors.
