One of the OWH VCMP challenges yesterday was to make 2 holiday cards, one for a child and one as an Anyhero note.
This first one I made using a new-to-me Sizzix die and embossing folder that I found on clearance at my LSS this summer:
And then this one I had made the die cut with the snowman yesterday but decided not to use it, so I used up this last sheet of sparkly holiday paper (OWH safe!!!) with him and some pretty twine. I loved the non-typical colors of this holiday pad and I'm kind of sad to have used it up, but I did USE IT UP! Go me! LOL
Thanks for looking!!
Jen
Jen, two bright, cheery Christmas cards that I'm sure our heroes and a child will just love.
ReplyDeleteJen,
ReplyDeleteI so understand what you mean about using up the last piece of a wonderful designer pad. I tell myself that there are other great pads to buy, but... Go you, indeed!
Your cards are delightful -- sure to bring a smile to the recipients. I love the textures and those tiny details, like Baker's twine.
Thanks so much for playing along with our Christmas is for Kids challenge.
