It's Labor Day weekend and the start of a virtual cardmaking party for Operation Write Home. You hear me talk about OWH a lot on this blog, but if you don't know what they do please head over there and check it out. There are a LOT of resources for cardmakers, including sketches (with measurements!) and tutorials.
The first challenge is from Our Daily Bread Designs, and it's an encouragement challenge to use a spiritual quote or uplifting sentiment. This is one of my very favorite sentiments (you can find it here at Unity Stamp Co), and to me it says "no matter what, we are in this together." :)
My goal was to make a masculine and a feminine card for this challenge. I actually made this card a few days ago and put it in my OWH box already:
This is also a Unity Stamp Co sentiment.
Thanks for visiting me today! If any of you are local readers, we are having a birthday bash card party for OWH Sept. 22 in Marshfield, WI. Contact me if you want details! I can't wait to see what other challenges are posted. :)

Both great sentiments and cards Jen. I don't own much in Unity stamps but boy you do tempt me. :)
