Happy Saturday! It is bright and sunny here in Wisconsin... cold though! We won't be outside much today.
Operation Write Home is having a virtual card making party (vcmp) this weekend for Presidents' Day, and for once we are home all weekend so I can play along. YAY! The first challenge is from Erika @ Scrappin Intervention, and it's to use zig zags.
I recently asked the OWH ladies which chevron die I should buy, and they recommended the MFT chevron die. LOVE it! :)

Challenge 2 is from Misty - and it's a kid card challenge using a creature! These kid stamps of mine are going to get a workout today. :)
I stayed with the chevron theme. Hey, the dies were still out! :)

So cute, I love the monster! The asymetrical elements give your card life, just the right amount of movement! TFS!
ReplyDeleteHi Jen! What a fun card for kids! I like your layout and I've never seen that cute monster stamp. Great job!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a fun die. :) I love that little monster... he is so funny!
ReplyDeleteMonsters with spots are the cutest! I like the way you used your chevron as an accent. Pat Kinkaid
ReplyDeleteI love the colors on your card, Jen. It's very cheery and happy. Great use of that chevron - even using one makes a card more interesting. Thanks for playing along in my challenge today!
ReplyDeleteSo fun Jen! I'm back to comment on your chevron card! Those dies look like so much fun. I was trying to resist, but apparently that is not working out for me. :) What a cute card!
ReplyDeleteNice colors and the layering really sets them off.
ReplyDeleteThe recipients will truly enjoy receiving these cards.
ReplyDeleteLOL! You did a 'Deliteful' job! Love that dog!
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along with my part of OWH VCMP.
