OWH sketch 189 - my coolest friend

Hello and happy Sunday!

Time for another sketch challenge from Operation Write Home! I've been trying to use up some of my 6x6 pads that are nearly finished or those that are not my favorites... this one definitely falls into the "nearly finished" category. I love these bright winter patterns and colors!

This was the first time I made a snow hill and didn't try to glossy accent the heck out of it. What do you know? I really like it plain (I know it's harder to see. I popped it up on dimensionals; you do see it more clearly in person.)

This is sketch 189, by the way:

Crate Paper snow day collection
Paper Smooches swanky snowdudes
Smokey Shadow/PTI card stock

Thanks for visiting me today!

  1. Very cute, Jen. Definitely a happy vibe! Can you tell me what that spiked holder is that your card is sitting on?

  2. That's so darling! I love your paper choices and colors and the snow looks great just the way it is. I've quit glittering and flocking snow because of OWH and have decided I'm actually happier with my winter cards just plain, or as you did, raising the snow a bit to accent it.

  4. Those snow dudes are so cute and I see you colored the scarves to match the paper. I can see the snow drift too - very nicely done.
