OWH MWT - just a note

The challenge over at the Stars & Stamps blog today is to make a thinking of you card. I love making these cards as opposed to a birthday or holiday card. As nice as it is to get a card in the mail for a reason, it's even better to get one just because your loved one was thinking of you. At least, that's my 2 cents. :)

Here's my card, I am loving this fall-themed paper:













Paper: DCWV mod-retro stack; SU old olive and random scraps
Stamp: Unity's Jillibean Dutch Mustard Soup set
Twine from the Twinery; Hero Arts bling; Nesties labels 8

And do you see that really cool rick-rack behind the card? Yup, that's my Cricut dust cover. :)

    Jen, I had such a good laugh this morning from your card! I especially love this card and I don't know why! The reason I laughed is I have this paper and dismissed it as being one of those papers in the pack I would never use. And I just love this card! Will have to CASE your design with this paper for our heroes! Thanks for the inspiration. Blessings

    Gorgeous card Jen! You did a wonderful job coordinating everything to match that DSP so perfectly and I love the little border you left at the bottom, it give the card such a nice balance.
