I didn't plan for this to go all fall-y with the colors. I think I might try it again later in valentine-y colors!
I used my new Nestabilities labels 10. It accidentally cut off the bottom part of the curve so I chopped off the top one, too, and added the tiny bow. I actually think it works and makes it look kind of fishbowl-y. Happy accident? :)
And yes, this tree IS a testament to my love of paper piecing (or dislike of coloring)! I paper pieced it in four papers for all of the parts. It's Unity's Itty Bitty - tree love. I love it!
Thanks for looking! Be sure to play along!

And I thought this was going to be a "challenge" (: I'm glad it was an easy one for you, I like not always using a sentiment too! Great card! Thanks for playing in our Midweek Throwdown challenge at Operation Write Home!
ReplyDeleteCute...sorry I cannot say more but The picture will not enlarge for me. TFS!!!
ReplyDeleteVery sweet. Love the paper piecing.
ReplyDeleteI love how you used the Nestabilities as a frame on this Jen! You're great at paper piecing and you are so right, no sentiment cards do make a lot of sense for OWH because of their flexibility.
