Hey all!
I was asked to make a sample card for the start of the Operation Write Home vitural cardmaking party on the Stars & Stamps blog! Hey, those of us that aren't cruising have got to have some fun!! :)
Hot Tropics = hot pink. lime green. yellow.
Now, I told Paula this was right up my alley. I might have fibbed just a bit (sorry, Paula!!) but I am really pleased with the card that resulted. In fact, I was working on using up this paper when she asked me to make it. LOL And yes, I DID put glossy accents on the watermelon seeds. It looks really neat!!
Paper: K& Company; Twinery twine, stamps from Unity Stamp Co; glossy accents
I got my pink apron, signed by Sandy, the other day. Do I love it? YES, I DO.
Is my 6 year old jealous? YUP!
Did I tell her that when she's older she can have a blog and win one of her own? SURE DID! :)
Thanks for visiting me - now go play along!!!
Jen

ReplyDeleteI love your juicy, fruity tropical card! It makes me thirsty for something with pineapple and watermelon now. Can you hook me up?! LOL Great card, great take on the challenge too!
