OWH MWT - birthday

Hello there!

Give your loved ones an extra hug today, please. My parents had a freak accident yesterday and praise be to God, no one was seriously injured. It really makes you realize how fragile life can be.

I made this card today and I'm not thrilled with it. I think it might be better without the ribbon. What do you think? I just adore the sentiment, though. :)

Unity Stamp co sentiment
And then I made this one, which is brighter than I would normally do but I kind of like it. It's very cheerful.

Thanks for looking!

  1. Cute cards! I love the first one, it's so perfect for a little boy. I agree with you, the sentiment is cute. I think it would work fine with or without the orange ribbon. Your second card is bright, but so cheerful. It's perfect coming into the spring season. Great job with both cards!

  4. Glad to hear that your parents are okay. That's so scary. Great cards today...I really love the papers you chose...and I do like the orange and pink combo, it really works with the coordinating patterned paper.

  9. That wheely sentiment goes so perfect with that paper...I love it! I think maybe if you made the layer under the car paper a brighter color (maybe blue?) it would make it pop more. Great job!
